退貨、換貨和退款
如果您在收到商品後 7 天內聯繫我們，我們將接受退貨和換貨。
除非我們自己出錯，否則退貨運費由客戶承擔。
【退貨】
1.退換貨時，請務必先聯繫我們。
2.退回的物品必須保持與您收到時相同的狀態，原包裝和標籤仍然連接
3.我們只接受沒有在戶外穿過的腳套退貨，所以最好先在室內試穿。
此外，鞋盒是產品的一部分，因此請注意將其完好無損地與商品一起退回。
4.定做的產品不能退貨。
【交換】
1.如果顏色或尺寸不符合客戶的期望，但不是我們自己的錯，
往返於我們的總運費由客戶承擔。
2.退回的物品必須保持與您收到時相同的狀態，並保持原包裝和標籤。
3.只要我們有庫存的換貨產品，就會在收到退回產品後的幾天內發貨。
如果在商品缺貨的情況下，我們將迅速退款給您
【關於退款】
1.如果產品有缺陷，我們將全額退款，包括運費。
2.如果顏色或尺寸不符合客戶的期望，但不是我們自己的錯，
將產品運送給客戶並將其退還給我們的運費不包括在退款中。
僅退還產品的成本。
3.我們將在物品返回給我們後處理退款。
退款完成後，我們將通過電子郵件與您聯繫。
【關於取消】
1.請注意，商品已發送給您後，我們不接受取消。
2.產品處理時間為您下單後的 2-3 天（工作日）。
