We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us before returning any item.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  
• Footwear must be tried indoors only
  
• Made-to-order items cannot be returned

Exchanges

• For size or color changes, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  
• Replacement items will be shipped after we receive your return
• If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued

Refunds

• Defective items: Full refund including shipping
  
• Customer preference: Item price only (shipping not included)
• Refunds are processed after inspection

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled after shipment
  
• Handling time: 2–3 business days

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and additional charges (if applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Stock Availability

Items may sell out due to sales on multiple channels.
If unavailable, your order may be canceled and refunded.

返品・交換について

安心してお買い物いただけるよう、返品・交換に対応しております。

商品到着後7日以内にご連絡いただいた場合、返品・交換を承ります。
ご返送前に必ず当店までご連絡ください。

返品条件

• 未使用・未洗濯で、タグ・付属品・パッケージが揃った状態であること
  
• 履物は室内での試着のみ（屋外使用不可）
  
• 受注生産品は返品不可

交換について

• サイズやカラー変更の場合、往復送料はお客様ご負担となります
  
• 返品商品到着後、交換品を発送いたします
  
• 在庫がない場合は返金対応となります

返金について

• 不良品の場合：送料を含め全額返金
  
• お客様都合の場合：商品代金のみ返金（送料は返金対象外）
  
• 返金は商品確認後に処理いたします

キャンセルについて

• 発送後のキャンセルは承っておりません
  
• ご注文後、発送まで2〜3営業日いただいております

関税・税金について

関税・輸入税・その他手数料は商品代金および送料には含まれておりません。
これらの費用はお客様のご負担となります。

在庫について

当店の商品は複数の販売チャネルで共有在庫となっております。
ご注文のタイミングにより在庫切れとなる場合がございます。
その際はキャンセル・返金にて対応させていただきます。
