We accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Unless the return is due to our mistake, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
【Returns】
1.Please contact us before returning or exchanging any item.
2.Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with the original packaging and tags attached.
3.Footwear returns are accepted only if the item has not been worn outdoors.
Please try them on indoors first. The shoe box is part of the product and must be returned undamaged.
4.Made-to-order items cannot be returned.
【Exchange】
1. If the color or size does not meet your expectations (and it is not due to our mistake),shipping costs for both directions are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with the original packaging and tags attached.
3.If the replacement item is in stock, we will ship it within a few business days after receiving your return.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
【About refund】
1.If an item is defective, we will provide a full refund including the shipping cost.
2.If the return is due to customer preference (color/size) and not due to our mistake, shipping costs are not included in the refund. Only the item price will be refunded.
3. Refunds will be processed after the returned item arrives at our store.We will notify you by email once the refund has been completed.
【About cancellations】
1. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after the item has been shipped.
2. Handling time is 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

Products on this site are sold across multiple stores, so some items may be out of stock at the time of your order. We recommend contacting us by email before purchasing to confirm availability.
While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, there may be occasions when we are unable to fulfill an order. In such cases, we may cancel the order and notify you.
